Delivery and Ordering

**Christmas Deliveries & Opening Hours **

The Last order date for Pre-Christmas Delivery is Monday the 16th of December at 4.00pm.
Orders placed after this date will be for delivery up to and including the 4th of January. We will of course get as many extra orders delivered as we can but we will no longer guarantee them before Christmas. We will be delivering between Christmas and new year and orders will be delivered on a first placed first delivered basis.
We will try and prioritise genuine run out existing customers where we can but is always the customers responsibility to monitor their gas levels and order the appropriate amount of gas required, we will only be closed for 4 working days. 
The office will close the 23rd of December at 4.00pm and will re open again Monday the 30th of December at 8.00am. Orders can be placed online through out the closed period.

Current delivery time scale is with in 3 working days

There are no additional delivery charges for your gas bottle orders. 

The prices displayed include delivery to your home and business and are inclusive of VAT.

We can now take on NEW Customers

For the past few years we have been unable to take on any new customers due to a limitation on the supply of new cylinders. We have now been informed that we are free to take on new customers but that there will be a one off NEW ISSUE charge per cylinder of £25.00 if you do not have the correct size of ENERGAS empty to exchange.

Customers are not required to be present at deliveries, so there is no need wait in for us.

Our drivers are very professional and will follow any instructions that you provide us with.
