At East Coast Bottled Gas we ensure all products are of the highest quality and satisfy your needs. Therefore all products have been selected to ensure you get value for money, while ensuring we meet your expectations.
However, we realise that you may not always be satisfied with your purchase, therefore we have a returns process that makes it simple for you to return any unwanted goods or Faulty goods.
If for any reason you are not happy with any item purchased from us or there is a defect that requires item to be replaced you must contact us with in 48 hours of delivery by phone or email. Any item that is found to have a fault will be replaced with in 48 hours. Any item that the customer does not require may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition for exchange or a full refund.
Due to the nature of the products we supply East coast gas Ltd reserve the right to charge a collection fee of no more than £20.00 for unwanted products if they have to be collected from customers address unless the fault lies with a mistake made by us or a fault with the product.
Refunds will be issued with in 48 hours of receipt of product back to our depots.
